Gates: Future Combat Systems Choice Was 'Toughest'

Defense Secretary Robert Gates said today the decision to cancel all of the eight manned ground vehicles in the Future Combat Systems program was the last and "toughest" he had to make in drawing up a list of fiscal year 2010 budget recommendations.
