GD Completes Early Testing Of Navy's Knifefish Unmanned Minesweeper

General Dynamics Information Systems announced today that it has successfully completed a comprehensive risk-reduction program for the Navy's Knifefish Surface Mine Countermeasures Unmanned Undersea Vehicle. The unmanned Knifefish is intended to be part of the Littoral Combat Ship's mine warfare mission package and is scheduled to begin operations in 2017.
