General: Army's Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Fleet 'Out of Whack' By $1.2B Annually

The Army has set an annual spending target of $2.5 billion for its tactical wheeled vehicle fleet, a figure that is $1.2 billion short of what leaders believe would be needed for procurement, upgrades and divestments in the portfolio, according to Army chief programmer Lt.
