General Dynamics Announces Purchase of Primex Technologies

General Dynamics announced today that it will purchase Primex Technologies, a company that specializes in propulsion technologies and projectile and warhead integration. GD will pay $32.10 per share and assume $170 million in debt, according to the terms of the agreement between the two companies. The deal has been approved by both boards and will be subject to regulatory review before it is final.
