Goldfein: Full-year CR would delay JSTARS recap five months, among other woes

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein said Wednesday a continuing resolution that lasts until October would delay the service's $6.9 billion engineering and manufacturing development contract for the E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System recapitalization, due in 2018, for at least five months.
