House Defense Bill Calls For Improved Cooperation on PRTs

The House Armed Services Committee wants Defense and State department officials to improve their cooperation on provincial reconstruction teams in Iraq and Afghanistan, according to the panels report accompanying the fiscal year 2009 defense authorization bill.
