House Lawmakers Condemn Attack on Navy Destroyer

The House Armed Services Committee today unanimously adopted a motion expressing outrage and condemning what it called a "terrorist attack" on a Navy warship in the Red Sea off the Arabian Peninsula. The explosion that rocked the Cole, an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer based in Norfolk, VA, killed five sailors and injured 36.
