House panel pushing Army toward larger missiles

A panel of House lawmakers is urging the Army to examine the utility of employing more powerful missiles for both air defense and strike missions. The House Armed Services tactical air and land forces subcommittee included two passages to that effect in the draft mark-up of the fiscal year 2017 defense authorization bill.
