Leaders of U.S. intelligence agencies testified Thursday that actions taken in response to North Korea's cyber attack on Sony Pictures, and U.S. engagement with Iran on nuclear issues, have led both countries to temper their offensive activities in cyberspace, particularly activities aimed at the United States.
