Kehler: Space Treaty Needs to Answer 'Rules-of-the-Road' Questions

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, CO -- Nations must set guidelines for satellites operating in close proximity to one another when policy makers craft international treaties for the use of technology in space, according to the chief of Air Force Space Command. These regulations will be needed before more detailed agreements can be made. Gen.
