Kerry On 'Fact-Finding' Mission in the Middle East

Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) left late Sunday for what his office calls a "fact-finding trip" to the Middle East -- including Iraq. During his 13 days in the region, Kerry is also scheduled to visit Kuwait, Syria, Jordan, Egypt and Israel. According to a Kerry spokeswoman, the senator wants to personally thank troops for their service, hear about the war from experts in the region and get an update on the war on terror and the Middle East peace process...
