Latest Reprogramming Adds $23 Million To Address OPM Hack

The Defense Department is reprogramming $89 million from fiscal year 2015, partly to address the fallout from a security breach at the Office of Personnel Management affecting 21.5 million people. A Sept. 18 reprogramming memo transfers $70.6 million to the Navy and $18.6 million to the Air Force.
