Lean Six Sigma Experts to Study DOD's Rapid-Acquisition Practices

A group of Defense Department Lean Six Sigma experts have begun searching for lessons learned from the Pentagon's experiences with rapid-acquisition projects in an effort to improve the military's regular acquisition processes, according to a recent DOD memo.
