Levin: OMB Action Clears Way for Lynn Nomination

Jan. 23, 2009 -- Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI), the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said today that he "fully supports" President Obama's nomination of William Lynn for deputy defense secretary following a White House move to waive ethics rules for Lynn that were issued on Wednesday.
