Sen. Joseph Lieberman (D-CT) today blasted the Bush administration's decision to turn over North Korean Scud missiles to Yemen, describing the move as "unsettling" given the parties involved and the tensions in the region. The missiles were found this week on a North Korean ship headed to Yemen after Spanish naval vessels intercepted and boarded the ship.
