Lockheed Becomes First Defense Contractor Accredited By DHS For ECS Program

Lockheed Martin has become the first defense contractor accredited as a commercial service provider under the Department of Homeland Security's enhanced cybersecurity services program. The accreditation allows DHS to provide Lockheed with classified information to help it ward off cyber attacks. Also accredited are AT&T, CenturyLink and Verizon, according to the department.
