Lockheed Cuts 600 VH-71 Jobs as Rep. Hinchey Eyes Appropriations Mark-Up

Lockheed Martin announced today that 600 workers on the terminated VH-71 presidential helicopter program in Owego, NY, would lose their jobs, prompting a local congressman on the House Appropriations defense subcommittee to again call for the program's revival.
