Lockheed Exec: F-22 Structural Retrofit On Track For Summer Deadline

The Air Force and Lockheed Martin have finished upgrading 40 of 165 F-22 aircraft with a structural retrofit that will allow the Raptor to continue to operate through its full 8,000-hour design life.
