Lockheed receives life-cycle management contract for JASSM, LRASM

Lockheed Martin will manage all life-cycle support for two of its cruise missile programs at its Orlando, FL, facility under a $100 million, sole-source Air Force contract announced this week. An April 18 Defense Department notice said Lockheed will be responsible for system upgrades, integration, production, sustainment, management and logistical support for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile, its extended-range and other variants, and the Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile.
