Looking Toward M-ATV, Young Says Weight Generates Survivability Concerns

The "biggest concern" about the MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle program is whether it will be able to deliver all of the desired survivability in a lighter weight package, the outgoing DOD acquisition executive said today.
