Luria: DOD must submit Chairman's Risk Assessment to inform budget discussions

SAN DIEGO -- Congress needs the Defense Department to submit the Chairman's Risk Assessment to help lawmakers make budgetary decisions, Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA) a member of the House Armed Services Committee's seapower and projection forces subcommittee and a former surface warfare officer, said Thursday.
