Lyles Picked for USAF Materiel Command Chief

President Bill Clinton has nominated Air Force Vice Chief of Staff Gen. Lester Lyles to become commander-in-chief of Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, the Pentagon announced today.
