Marine Corps Refers Leberman V-22 Letter To DOD Inspector General

The Marine Corps has received a signed letter alleging irregularities in the handling of two investigations into the April 2000 V-22 mishap in Marana, AZ, and a subsequent report on V-22 testing. A defense official familiar with the matter told Inside the Navy the author was Marine Corps Lt. Col. Odin Fred Leberman, who last year was charged in a probe of V-22 readiness data falsification.
