Marine Corps sets up rapid capabilities office

The Marine Corps has established a Rapid Capabilities Office at its warfighting laboratory to quickly experiment with promising technologies, following the leads of the other military services in forming such organizations. Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Robert Neller directed officials to establish the new office earlier this month, according to Lt. Gen.
