Marines Rule Out Mechanical Failure In Probe Of Fatal MV-22 Crash

The Marine Corps has ruled out mechanical failure as a cause of a fatal MV-22 Osprey crash in Morocco on April 11, according to spokesman Capt. Richard Ulsh. "Data shows that, based upon environmental conditions and flight control inputs, the aircraft performed as expected and described in the MV-22B Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) Flight Manual," Ulsh said in a statement.
