Marines will have F-35 bombing range on the East Coast by December 2019

Beginning in December 2019 the Marine Corps will have a precision-guided munitions training range that supports the Joint Strike Fighter on the East Coast. F-35B short-takeoff-and-vertical landing aviators stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, SC, go to ranges in California and Arizona to conduct precision-guided munitions and air-to-ground operational training.
