Martin, Smith, Wesley nominated for third stars

Three Army two-stars were nominated Jan. 18 to the rank of lieutenant general. Tapped for potential promotion are Maj. Gen. Eric Wesley, commander of the Maneuver Center of Excellence; Maj. Gen. Leslie Smith, deputy to the Army inspector general; and Maj. Theodore Martin, currently serving as a special assistant to the director of the Army staff.
