Milley: Efforts to accelerate acquisition and pursuit of '10x' capabilities are complementary

The Army is devoting considerable resources in 2018 to two objectives -- acquisition reform and pursuit of leap-ahead systems -- as leaders "prepare for some unknown future," according to the service's chief of staff.
