Mitigation plan puts C-130J propeller production back on track after fire

Following a devastating fire to the General Electric Dowty production facility last year, GE Dowty, Lockheed Martin and the Air Force are now on track to meet or exceed their C-130J delivery dates, according to the Air Force. In February 2015, a fire destroyed GE Dowty's facility in Gloucestershire, England, the single-site manufacturer of the C-130J propeller.
