The fast-moving Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All-Terrain Vehicle program has taken another step forward with the release of a formal request for proposals. The RFP, posted on the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command Web site, calls for "effective force protection and mobility performance for off-road missions."
