Murtha Guarantees Supplemental For 2011, Remains Skeptical of Troop Increase

Congress will have to provide supplemental war funds for fiscal year 2011 as troop levels are reduced in Iraq and built up in Afghanistan, Rep. John Murtha (D-PA), the chairman of the House Appropriations defense subcommittee, said today. "Believe me there'll be a supplemental," Murtha told reporters at the Capitol.
