Navistar Withdraws M-ATV Protest After 'Corrective Action' Taken in RFP

The Army and Marine Corps have amended the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All-Terrain Vehicle program's request for proposals, resulting in the withdrawal of a protest filed by Navistar. The move -- according to an e-mail sent by the contracting officer -- means the program can move forward, with the first set of contract awards now expected at the end of the month.
