Navy, Air Force Technology Schools Instructed To Find Strengths and Eliminate Redundancy

The Navy and Air Force technology graduate schools are forming an educational alliance and studying ways to eliminate overlap to strengthen the two institutions, according to officials and documents. Navy Secretary Gordon England and Air Force Secretary James Roche instructed the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA, and the Air Force Institute of Technology, Dayton, OH, to study how to "eliminate unnecessary duplication, while sustaining excellence" at the institutions.
