Navy Awards Boeing $325 Million Training Contract

The Navy has awarded a contract worth up to $325 million to a Boeing-led industry team to support the first phase of the service's fiscal year 2000 Navy Training Systems Contract, the company announced yesterday. Boeing's military aerospace support component and its partners "will provide fast-response solutions to Navy requirements to develop new training systems, modify and upgrade existing systems, and provide ancillary services such as analysis, documentation and contractor logistic support," the statement reads.
