Navy delays LUSV production after program is re-evaluated

The Navy is delaying production of Large Unmanned Surface Vessels to ensure technical maturity in fiscal year 2022. According to the service's FY-22 budget justification documents, the Navy has made a "major change," instituting a prototyping plan to be completed prior to production.
