Navy is developing list of programs that may require waivers under CR

The Navy has drawn up and is continuously updating a list of programs that may eventually require waivers from Congress under the ongoing continuing resolution, according to two top service officials. Navy Comptroller Thomas Harker told reporters today at the Pentagon that the service has not yet sent a formal request for “anomalies,” but “there’s ongoing dialogue between staff all the time” about what programs would be on that list.
