Navy Establishes Coalition Counter-Piracy Task Force Off East African Coast

The Navy today announced the creation of a maritime task force dedicated to combating piracy off the coast of East Africa. Combined Task Force 151 (CTF-151) will specifically tackle pirates in the waters in and around the Gulf of Aden, the Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and the Red Sea. Rear Adm.
