The Navy's annual wish list for fiscal year 2021 is $5.4 billion and features one Virginia-class submarine. The list, obtained by Inside Defense and marked "for official use only," includes $525.5 million for five F-35C Joint Strike Fighters, $2.8 billion for one Virginia-class submarine, $211.4 million for two CMV-22B Ospreys and spare engines, $357 million for two E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes and $12 million for a "small logistics ship proof of concept."
