Navy, Marines Solidify Information Systems Management

The Navy and Marine Corps have made several moves to strengthen their ability to deliver information technology to sailors and Marines, including restructuring the management of their information technology programs. Acting Navy Secretary Hansford Johnson issued a department-wide message yesterday announcing the creation of two new information technology management positions. Rear Adm.
