Navy moving forward on four service life extensions for connectors

The Navy intends to issue a competitive solicitation for work in support of a service life extension for four connectors that get Marines and equipment ashore, according to a March 15 Federal Business Opportunities notice. The Landing Craft, Air Cushion Service Life Extension Program will be for the LCAC 77, 86, 87 and 50. The notice said the request would be issued in the "March 2018 timeframe."
