Navy RDT&E efforts facing cuts, fences in policy bill conference report

Lawmakers are seeking to cut or limit three major Navy research and development programs, including the Marine Corps' upcoming group 5 unmanned aerial system and a top Navy unmanned underwater vehicle, in the fiscal year 2019 defense policy bill conference report .
