Navy submits 'executable' FY-17 unfunded priorities list

The Navy will not update a "revised" fiscal year 2017 unfunded priorities list until the White House releases its defense strategy, but the service has outlined increases in shipbuilding to reflect the 2016 Force Structure Assessment, including acquiring an additional amphibious dock landing ship, according to an information paper.
