Navy takes first steps toward Truman refueling

The Navy is beginning the initial planning for its mid-life refueling and complex overhaul of the Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) after reversing course on the service’s original plan to retire the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier more than two decades early.
