Navy Testers Deem MV-22 Suitable for Shipboard Operations

The Navy's Operational Test and Evaluation Command declared last Wednesday that the MV-22 Osprey is operationally effective and suitable and recommended approval for full-rate production, the Marine Corps announced today.
