Navy Theater Wide Kinetic Warhead Test Called Successful

The Navy successfully carried out a static hot fire test of the warhead that will be used in the service's Theater Wide missile defense system, according to an announcement issued today. The kinetic warhead is being developed for use with the new Standard Missile-3, the Navy said.
