Navy Undersea Warfare Office Folded Under Submarine Office

In a move aimed at strengthening its undersea warfare efforts, the Navy has closed the program executive office for undersea warfare and shifted its responsibilities to the program executive office for submarines. Lee Buchanan, the Navy's acquisition executive, announced the change in a March 27 memorandum.
