New Army acquisition review to take cues from Decker-Wagner study

Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Milley has tasked his staff to craft a review of acquisition policies that is expected to consider the recommendations of a landmark 2011 study of the same subject, according to service officials. The new assessment is led by Brig. Gen. Eric Wesley, deputy director of the program analysis and evaluation office in the G-8 branch, which oversees the planning and resourcing of Army programs.
