In New Doctrine, Air Force Eyes 'Freedom of Action' in Cyberspace

Taking a cue from the 2006 National Space Strategy, Air Force leaders are poised to unveil new doctrine later this year that would make "freedom of action" in cyberspace a key service goal, according to sources and documents. The document, titled "Cyberspace Operations -- Air Force Doctrine Document 2-11," is produced by the Air Force Center for Doctrine Development and Education at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, AL.
