New Lockheed suit means JLTV protest remains undecided for now

Lockheed Martin is taking its complaint about losing the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle production contract to the next level, abandoning the avenue of the Government Accountability Office and seeking instead a decision from the United States Court of Federal Claims.
