New Marine Corps 'service strategy' will guide force development, investments

Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Robert Neller has signed off on a new strategy to guide the service's force development over the next decade. Neller signed the "U.S. Marine Corps Service Strategy 2016" document in June. It provides "guidance for a 10-year outlook" for the service and is based on an assessment of the future operating environment, Neller's introduction states.
